Ring ShuiTM and Astrology

Ring ShuiTM opens up many possibilities and thoughts.

Ever since the 1st edition has been released more and more is being revealed.  Such a great experience learning and growing and I so look forward to sharing all of it.

In the meantime, I wanted to share some of what will be included in the next edition.

One of the most insightful and knowledgeable people I have met during this journey is Lisa Greenfield. Lisa is an outstanding hand analyst, and has opened my mind and thoughts of the fingers, astrology, and how all of it is working together.

She is wonderful at helping people change old negative thinking habits and has a wonderful exercise called “Toothbrush Love”.

It’s about telling yourself positive aspects concerning whom you really are and who you want to be, every day as you look in the mirror and brush your teeth.

Lisa certainly is about making positive changes, and she saw that in Ring ShuiTM.  She shared that the Ring ShuiTM approach correlates with the astrological energies of the fingers.

That started my discovery of how aspects of the astrological Gods through the ages from ancient writings and wisdom directly correlate with what I have observed and experienced in Ring ShuiTM.

Apollo and the Confident Energy of Your Ring Fingers

In Ring ShuiTM, the right ring finger is described as “Sincerely Hopeful” and tells the world you are willing to wait for your dreams and not just date anybody who comes along. Wearing your ring here shows you are now ready to do what it takes to fulfill your heart’s desire

In Ring ShuiTM, the left ring finger demonstrates cherished love with the intention of long-term and life-long commitment. It is best if it is given to you and is a reminder that you will be and do whatever preserves the health and promise of your most important commitment.

These fingers certainly are about love and stability. Apollo certainly knows he is cherished and loveable ongoingly and so do you!

Apollo was certainly one of the most important of the Greek Olympian Gods.  This beauty relates to the beauty of mankind (and certainly womankind). Apollo thinks a lot of himself and so should you.

He is a reminder to truly embrace your positive sense of self and high self-esteem, no matter who might put you down or refuses to see you for the wonderful person you really are.

This is not meant in a phony or superficial way.

Truly knowing inside and out that you are the idea of beauty from the heart, and are always valued and loved, even if it feels like you are the only one who might actually love you in the room at a given time, is something Apollo would hold certain for you.

Stress Relief Activities Can Improve Your Life

There are many of different stress relief activities that you can use like yoga, art and seeing nature, but these are only a few of the many available. You can get relief from stress by doing something that you enjoy whether it’s doing a spot of gardening or going for a run.

People think that the easy way out of stress is getting medication but why do that when you can try to solve your problem yourself? Simply try to take time out from your busy life and have some of that ‘you’ time where you can think about which direction your life Is going and, if you like it or not, you could always try a career change or make fresh start in life.

Also for stress relief activities it has been proven that lying on the sofa with your eyes shut not thinking of anything else but you, in a quiet relaxing place, can decrease your stress levels. For example imagine you having a picnic in the forest, in front of a cool lake, and you can smell the wild flowers and you can hear nothing but the birds singing! Then open your eyes and you should feel calm and relaxed.

Pop to your local gym and enquire about their yoga and meditation classes, try to go to one or both of these to channel your body in becoming relaxed. Soon you should feel stress free and happier with your life. The main thing when you are trying to de-stress yourself is to remember that healthy eating helps; keep away from sugary foods as these can leave you feeling agitated and lower your mood. Drink more water and eat more fruit and vegetables throughout the day as this will boost your confidence. You will soon learn which stress relief activities help you, and then you can make a daily routine to stick by.

To help with stress relief remember to get plenty of sleep; it is recommended that you to get eight to nine hours sleep to recharge your batteries for the following day to prepare you for anything that may be coming. If you find yourself in a stressful situation try taking five deep breaths right from the bottom of your stomach and breathe in through the nose and out through your mouth. This will decrease the stress building up.

Try to take all these tips onboard and before you know it you will be left feeling de-stressed, full of energy and you will be able to face anything that life throws at you. Any of these tips on stress relief activities will surely help.

Concentrate on the Energy of Your Fingers

The idea of managing and balancing your life begins first with acknowledging how you honestly view life at this moment.

How do you really want it to be, what are your intentions?

We all have days that we feel great and days that just aren’t so hot. We create our lives and our circumstances by the way we think.  Do you believe that? Do you know that you already have the power to make changes that will attract improvement into your life?

The right hand releases and puts out the energy of what you want.  Think about what you want to let go of, what is keeping you from feeling good. Wave that hand out in the air and let the energy flow.·

  • Think about what you want to release.
  • Take deep breaths and think about what you want to release.
  • Let the energy that is flowing through your hands release pains and wounds both old and new.
  • If you are in need of help, and/or don’t know what help you’re looking for exactly, focus on your questions as you are placing the ring on your finger.

Help to answer that question will be on its way.

Before anything can work you must first believe in it and then we have to be patient.

Try this for 1-3 weeks and see what happens. Sometimes help can arrive from places that you least expect.
