Concentrate on the Energy of Your Fingers

The idea of managing and balancing your life begins first with acknowledging how you honestly view life at this moment.

How do you really want it to be, what are your intentions?

We all have days that we feel great and days that just aren’t so hot. We create our lives and our circumstances by the way we think.  Do you believe that? Do you know that you already have the power to make changes that will attract improvement into your life?

The Right Hand

The right hand releases and puts out the energy of what you want.  Think about what you want to let go of, what is keeping you from feeling good. Wave that hand out in the air and let the energy flow.·

  • Think about what you want to release.
  • Take deep breaths and think about what you want to release.
  • Let the energy that is flowing through your hands release pains and wounds both old and new.
  • If you are in need of help, and/or don’t know what help you’re looking for exactly, focus on your questions as you are placing the ring on your finger.

Help to answer that question will be on its way.

Before anything can work you must first believe in it and then we have to be patient.

Try this for 1-3 weeks and see what happens. Sometimes help can arrive from places that you least expect.

Being in Balance

Right now at this time in history and many would say also astrologically love between people is especially challenging as it is asking each of us to love ourselves and each other more unconditionally than we ever have before.

Perhaps we should take a lesson from our pets, they love us more unconditionally than we could possibly love anyone else.  So if you have a pet, it’s probably easier right now to love your pet than someone that your with and if you don’t have a pet, it’s good to learn to love as if you had one.

First of all a good concept to study is the Circadian Rhythm.  Circadian rhythm disorders are disruptions in a person’s circadian rhythm — a name given to the “internal body clock” that regulates the (approximately) 24-hour cycle of biological processes in animals and plants.

For the purposes of this discussion, this has to do with how each of us individually gets our energy from the universe and in life; when you’re balanced and when you’re in rhythm, you can be more your true authentic self.

A good way to call in your connection with your circadian rhythm is to wear a ring on your right ring finger.  If you have a ring from your beloved or you want to feel that feeling of being beloved,  put a ring on your left ring finger and wearing rings on your index fingers will help you be grounded and stable.

The ring fingers are inspirational and the index fingers are creative. When you wear them at the same time, it can help you feel balanced.

Balancing Your Life with Ring ShuiTM

balancing relationshipsWhile you are making changes it’s most important to consider the structure of things that you DO have in your life that are working well and you want to keep them the same as possible. It is important to recognize what stability and structure you already have.

In fact the more grounded you are with certain  structures in your life such as a place to live and certain friends, the more you will be able to consider your intentions for what you want to release in your life, put out to the world, and bring back to you.

The Ring ShuiTM approach can help you with your intentions concerning secure structures and desired change.  When you wear a ring on your right ring finger and your left ring finger if you are married or want to feel connected to yourself inside, that will help you with your intentions of feeling grounded, stable, and chosen by someone to love.

When you wear rings on your right and/or left index finger, you will feel a sense of being able to make changes with intentions of what you desire to release or bring into you.

I have found that the days when I am most in need of both security and change, I wear rings on both ring fingers left and right and both index fingers left and right.  That action along with the intention of what I want from each finger, helps me feel solid within myself throughout the day.

I don’t do this everyday, but I intentionally wear my rings in the manner above on the days when I feel a lot is going on and I need more inner support . In fact, on the days when I wear this configuration of the four rings, I find I attract what I am looking for from people and situations that I might not have considered before.
